We want your stay at Phil's Hideaway to be as relaxed as possible. Please review our cancellation guidelines so you can plan with confidence.
Cancellation Deadlines
When to cancel for a full refund
RV & Tent Sites
Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. at least seven days before the scheduled arrival date.
Lodging & Cabins
Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Holidays & Special Events
Reservations made for holidays and special events require a deposit equal to the full cost of the stay. This deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellation Details
Important refund conditions
- Reservations made after the applicable cancellation deadline require a nonrefundable deposit.
- Cancellations made after the deadline will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
- No refunds will be issued for circumstances related to the discomforts of nature, no-shows, or early checkouts.
- No refunds will be issued on or after the scheduled arrival date.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original credit or debit card. No exceptions will be made.
- This cancellation policy may be amended during regional or national travel disruptions.
