The Front Range
Mountains at the edge of the prairie
Colorado Springs grew where the plains meet the Rockies — a crossroads for travelers drawn to Pikes Peak and the high country beyond.

Our Story
Same land, same welcome, a more personal campground experience — east of Colorado Springs where the prairie meets the mountains.
Independently Owned
Our property sits along Judge Orr Road just off Highway 24, minutes from Falcon and an easy drive from downtown Colorado Springs. It was designed around the practical realities of RV travel: long, level pull-throughs, 20-, 30- and 50-amp service, full-hookup options and room for rigs up to 100 feet.
Today the campground is stepping into its own independent identity. That means a hands-on team, a quieter and more personal stay, and the freedom to keep improving the property for the travelers who come back season after season.
What doesn't change: the prairie sunrises, the mountain sunsets and the feeling of having Pikes Peak on your horizon for the whole stay.
